Daesung de Big Bang por fin ha concluido su proceso judicial con respecto a su accidente de coche el 31 de mayo, con un veredicto de "Inocente".

Después de revisar el caso, los fiscales decidieron que no había suficientes evidencias para determinar si el motociclista Hyun había estado vivo o fallecido antes de que Daesung lo atropellara con su vehículo. Asimismo, no descartó la posibilidad de que el motociclista, que estaba bajo la influencia en el momento de su muerte, podría haber muerto por el choque inicial con una farola.
"Aunque hay que reconocer que Daesung condujo sin mantener una distancia segura y haciendo caso omiso de su entorno, es difícil hacer la conexión entre este hecho y la muerte de la víctima", declaró un representante de la policía."Hemos hecho un juicio de no culpabilidad basada en el principio de" inocente hasta que se pruebe su culpabilidad”.
Con base en la información anterior, que emitieran un veredicto de "Inocente" para Daesung. "Desde que Daesung alcanzado un acuerdo civil con el partido de la víctima el 19 de julio, se puede decir que este caso está cerrado", dijo la policía.
